With Di Fara's closed and pressed for time, we instead stop at Red Stone Pizzeria on Lexington Avenue in Downtown New York.

Denis and I both grab a hot slice of four cheese pizza. A blend of fresh mozzarella, yellow jack cheese, provolone and ricotta. Damn good!
