Plastic Bicycle license plate I found at a Local Walmart. It's 1/16th of an Inch thick, 2 1/4 long (top to bottom) and 4 inches wide.

I measured out a guesstimation on the dimensions of the name badge to be around 2 by 3 1/2. Cut out the excess I didn't need.

Now it measures 2 inches by 4 inches in this photo.

Cut the excess on the side, now measuring 2 x 3 1/2.

Disguard left overs leaving only the 2 x 3 1/2 piece. Sand down the edges to a fine rounded off corners.

A gap is left from the original hole in the plastic, I taped off both sides and filled the hole with Epoxy, waited for it to dry.

Removed the tape and this is what I get. This concludes the preparation for the main plastic piece for the badge.
