Ifeel ya sista girl! I will be turning 40 this spring. After yrs of surviving depression, various suicide attempts, mental & physical abuse...I am living my life like it is golden!. I can feel it in my spirit...I am getting closer to my God, dreams, and goals. I too am a full bodied sista. So far I've lost about 20 lbs..still have a way to go...but I am getting there. I encourage you to continue loving who you are today...I wasted so many yrs hating myself & body...Even at 300lbs I still look at my body as sexy...curves, dimples, stretch marks and all...Yes, I do..be blessed & enjoy you!

whew! i had you all skinny and bigheaded in my mental space. makes my day to see you healthy and smiling like me!!! i'm with you on that journey, queen. i've been on it for a decade now and it fluctuates. i'm now turning inward to see, like you said recently, the beauty in my body naked. to accept me for who i am. all of me! then hopefully the extra stuff will just magically melt away...lol
