I want to commend the person/people who came up with the idea to write these books and the movie about Layne. He was an extremely talented and amazing person, both inside and out, and it's about time someone did something like this. There are not nearly enough people out there who truely know Layne's story and how much of an impact he has had on the lives of countless people through his music. I just can't understand why it took 7 years to pay respect to him by sharing his story to the world. It breaks my heart knowing that there are people out there who are misled by the media and focus only on the negative aspects of his life rather than all of the positive ones. I just hope this movie can show people the true side of Layne and prove to the world that he was so much more then just drugs.

That looks like the place where I saw Layne holding the dream journal. The trees & rocks are identical to the dream place. He was sitting on stones lining the street with the composition book in his hands and then we climbed into a car. His hair was longer though, it was really blond & curly & framed his cheeks. In the dream he was upset because no one could see him and he didn't have control over who was driving the car.
